I have Allora products throughout my kitchen and master bath and I have had hard water buildup and a broken handle issue which were both immediately addressed in the most friendly manner by their service lead Rob. For the broken handle on my kitchen sink faucet I was upgraded to a new faucet by Rob and given a video link on how to replace the broken fixture- this worked well and I was able to easily repair it. The hard water buildup on my faucets(which caused the handles to "freeze") was a different story and after purchasing replacement faucets (for only $20 total)I was unable to repair it. I even called a plumber who told me a minimum charge of $250 to repair this. After a call to Rob he took it upon himself on himself to personally come to my house on his own time and fix the issue with the two faucets -the buildup had really locked these faucets in place and the two of us had to work the wrenches both above and beneath the fixtures at the same time. The cost was only $50. The personal polite service care, friendliness and attention to detail was exemplary by Rob and I have never seen this level of customer service before by a company! Rob also informed me that a WD-40 squirt every 3 months goes a long way against these calcium deposits for maintenance. Rob rocks!

We got our kitchen remodeled 5 years ago, and we had an Allora USA faucet installed. Two weeks ago my spray head got clogged up due to calcium build up. While I was trying to clean it, it broke. I called Allora about the warranty. The customer service representative understood the situation and sent me the brand new part in two days. Excellent Service! Its good to see there are people and companies out there like this. Thank You Allora. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family.

Do not purchase product, lifetime warranty is a sham. When I called they switched their products by adding their logo in 2013. I purchased my sink before that in 2012 so they say I possibly have a knock off. I guess if you buy one now, they will make changes which will void your warranty as well. Stick with a better company!

Allora USA faucet broke 5 times in the first two years, first time after 6 months. 4 times for the same problem, sprayer switch. Now they say they modified the unit to solve the problem but want to charge me, plus it may require a plumber. Now they have the nerve to send me this: "Mr. Steinhoff, Yukie authorized for the part to be sent to you at no additional charge. As per your conversation with her, we will send you the part as soon as you confirm the deletion of the negative reviews online."
